The courses include “Best-Interest” training, which outlines the requirement that agents act in the best interest of the consumer at the time the annuity recommendation is made.CHAR(13) + CHAR(10) CHAR(13) + CHAR(10) For a Resident Agent who has completed a certification training course before January 1, 2022.CHAR(13) + CHAR(10) CHAR(13) + CHAR(10) You must complete one of the following TDI approved courses: A new four-credit training course after 6 months after January 1, 2022. A revised one-credit training course within 6 months after January 1, 2022.
